- All classes must be paid prior to class starting.
- Payment reserves your space in the class, please put your dogs name as reference.
- If we have to cancel any classes, a new date will be arranged. If this isn’t possible only then a refund will be given.
- If you cannot make a class, we will do our best to help you catch up on what training was covered, no refunds will be given for you not turning up to a class.
- Class spaces are limited and are reserved on a first come basis.
- Please make sure you have attached your pets vaccination certificate. Or if classes are in person you can bring it along to the first class.
